Dr. Kevin M. Streich maintains an active performing and teaching career. In addition to the COT, he performs regularly with the North Carolina Symphony, the Mobius Wind Quintet, and the Raleigh Civic Chamber Orchestra. He holds a Doctorate in Clarinet Performance from Michigan State University, as well as a Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut. He has studied with Elsa Ludewig-Verdehr, Charles Neidich, Peter Jenkin, Sir Colin Lawson, Linda Bartley, and Margaret Donaghue.
